A. Premier Home Improvement is a full service home repair, improvement and maintenance company. We specialize in projects around your home ranging from general repairs to complete remodels. There is no job too small for our professional craftsmen.

Q. Are the estimates free?
A. Yes!  The technician (handyman) will view the project and give an estimate for a lump sum.
Q. How do you charge?
A. We do NOT charge by the hour.  We give an estimate for a complete project.  By not charging hourly, we remove the risk of the project taking longer and ultimately costing the customer more than the estimate.

Q. Can I trust the handyman in my home or office?
A. All of our technicians go through a thorough screening process.  Our Tier 1 technicians have a minimum of 10 years experience and their own hand-tools.  We know that trust is a major factor when you have someone coming into your home or business, so we make certain all of our technicians are prompt, clean, and professional!

A. Absolutely, we have 10 million of public liability insurance.
Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A. We accept cash, cheques, and all major credit cards. And we are in the process of offering financing options as well.

Q. Does Premier Home Improvement have a guarantee?
A. Yes, we guarantee all labour and materials, if we purchase them for you, for up to one year after the job is completed.
